ROFL...You gotta go to DU and read it

It's CRAZY! I'm laughing though.

It is a strange dynamic. Can you even believe that some posters want to bring back the post limit? Can you believe others want to ban anyone who isn't 'happy that Obama is the Democratic candidate?

Can anyone dislike Obama without being accused of being a Troll or a GOP plant? Apparently if you don't feel the way they do then you're not a Democrat.

Sounds very post 9/11 republican to me. If you're not with us you're against us. March in this line don't think for yourself. Wow what happened?

What is going on over there? If anyone has a clue leave me a comment.

A sampling
Then they turn on the poor person who started the thread. Funny Huffington post wasn't crap until now. ROFL

With great sadness we must report that veteran actor Don S. Davis passed away on June 29, 2008. He was 65 years old.

Don co-starred on Stargate SG-1 for the show's first seven years, helping to launch the enduring science fiction franchise. Davis played Major General George Hammond, base commander and a father figure to many of the show's characters.

He is also well-known for his portrayal of Major Garland Briggs in Twin Peaks.

Off-screen, Don was beloved by the show's cast and crew. He departed the show in 2003 due to a medical condition that restricted his workload, but returned for several guest appearances on SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis in the following years. Don worked hard to improve his health, and continued to work both on screen and off until his death.

Woman sat dead in front of TV for 42 years

THE remains of a woman have been found sitting in front of her TV - 42 years after she was reported missing.

Hedviga Golik, who was born in 1924, had apparently made herself a cup of tea before sitting in her favourite armchair in front of her black and white television.

Croatian police said she was last seen by neighbours in 1966, when she would have been 42 years old.

Her neighbours thought she had moved out of her flat in the capital, Zagreb.

But she was found by police and bailiffs who had broken in to help the authorities establish who owned the flat.

A police spokesman said: "So far, we have no idea how it is possible that someone officially reported missing so long ago was not found before in the same apartment she used to live in.

"When officers went there, they said it was like stepping into a place frozen in time.

"The cup she had been drinking tea from was still on a table next to the chair she had been sitting in and the house was full of things no one had seen for decades. Nothing had been disturbed for decades, even though there were more than a few cobwebs in there."

Neighbours were shocked by the discovery.

Jadranka Markic was nine when Hedviga "vanished".

She said: "I still remember her. She was a quiet woman who kept herself to herself but was polite. We all thought that she had just moved out and gone to live with relatives."

Sorry, I haven't been posting....I just haven't felt like it.

I'm VERY disappointed that Hillary Clinton sucked so bad. I really feel she is who we should be running in November. No, I'm not an Obama hater, I'll vote for the guy because we CANNOT elect McCain, CRAZY FUCK ASS McCAIN. However, I just don't buy the Obama hype.

I just don't.

But one of the real reasons I'm still pissed is how the DU Administrators and Moderators allowed all the Hillary Clinton supporters to be hunted and purged from DU.

Shame on them. Now, they have a board that reeks of nut-fucks, the posts about Tim Russert's death prove that they've allowed the board to descend into utter madness.

So I'm disillusioned. I'm unhappy and well if being a Liberal or Progressive means behaving like the loudmouth mean assholes at DU, I'm happy to hand in my Liberal or Progressive card and become an independent.

What I don't get is they are more willing to accept a Republican who says they support Obama than a lifetime Democrat who won't fall in line.

I'll have no part in it.
